I downloaded the updates for my SBC3 in file phidgetsbc3-upgrade_3.6.3_3.14.27.tar.gz. After extracting to a USB drive then selecting the system image to use for upgrade, I can no longer access the web interface, nor can I ssh. The device does get an IP when attached to my ethernet directly.
Did I brick my SBC3? Is there a way to re-image with a bootable utility?
