Unsupported VINT Phidget

Post by pkokoras »

Hello,

I just received in the mail a 4x Digital Input Phidget (DAQ1200_0, Active Low). When I connect to my USB VINT Hub the Phidget Control Panel shows "Unsupported VINT Phidget". Before that it was red and I successfully upgraded the firmware.
I downloaded and installed both the latest Phidget Control Panel and Phidget Control Panel Standalone, restarted my Mac, unplugged the VINT but no change.
I am on a MacBook Pro, M1, Monterey.
All other devices work just fine; Not sure if I am missing something here. See image attached.
Thanks for your input.

Can you post the contents of ~/Library/Logs/phidget22controlpanel.log?

I performed an upgrade on DAQ1200_0 just now on my mac, and couldn't reproduce you issue.

If you unplug and replug the device, does it still report as unsupported?

Yes, I used different Phidget cables, plugged/unplugged the device, the VINT controller, and tried different VINT ports.
Attached you will find the log file.

Thanks,

Do you have access to a Windows PC? The Windows control panel can be used to restore the firmware. Alternatively, contact support@phidgets.com to do a swap.
