Initialization running sample codes

Hello,

I am getting errors when trying to run your sample codes in Python/Thonny. I have ensured that my working file is saved in the same directory as the Phidget22 library folders.
But I get these errors as shown in the attached file.
Any suggestions as to how to fix this issue?

For anyone with this problem- this issue was solved via email, the issue was a 32-bit version of python running on a 64-bit OS.
