We definitely considered both bad cables and EMI.

I just replaced all of the USB cables (and extensions) with new cables purchased from you yesterday (9/19/19). Attached is the logs from the power up just after the cable upgrade till now.

You'll need to install the latest control panel to see the latest hub firmware. I can see that the SBC is running updated libraries from the log, but you'll need to upgrade the libraries on your Windows machine, and upgrade the Hub firmware on the SBC from there.

That seems to have finally fixed it. Zero errors since that firmware update!

How would I have known about that update? I didn't see any indication that a new version of the Control Panel was available, and I actually looked specifically for that just days prior to your reply. Are there plans to include a "check for updates" option in a future version?
