Are you talking about installing the drivers on a PhidgetSBC? It should be the same as the Linux instructions for those drivers.
There are no other Phidgets devices that are capable of communicating directly with that lidar scanner. However, you can create a program that uses both Phidgets and the drivers for that scanner, I presume.
