Windows IoT Drivers?

Are there any Windows IoT/UWP drivers available? I did not see a download for them. I've been doing some development in a UWP project with IoT Extensions for ARM with the Raspberry Pi 3, but the Pi 3 has limited Digitial I/O and no analog on board, so using the IFKs would be great for expanding that capability, not to mention all the easy to use sensors that are available here.
