Help!

Post by GlennPa »

This was sent as email yesterday but just bounced back!

Dear Sirs,

My company is looking to the phidget sensors on a variety of tasks. At present I am using the phidget Load Cell (20Kg Version) to try to pick up vibrations. While the phidget appears to be able to pick up the vibration once calibrated, I am not able to write my own code to make the interface easier to understand. I am attempting to use the VoltageRatio code (C#) to do this, when I download the project I open the project solution (VoltageRatio.sln) and a present with the error:

“C:\Users\glenn.patton\AppData\Local\Temp\Temp7464e96d-106a-4b97-8fef-f95c15791307_Phidget22_VoltageRatio_CSharp_Windows_Ex_20231004 (2).zip\VoltageRatio\VoltageRatio\VoltageRatio.csproj : error : The project file could not be loaded. Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\glenn.patton\AppData\Local\Temp\Temp7464e96d-106a-4b97-8fef-f95c15791307_Phidget22_VoltageRatio_CSharp_Windows_Ex_20231004 (2).zip\VoltageRatio\VoltageRatio\VoltageRatio.csproj'. C:\Users\glenn.patton\AppData\Local\Temp\Temp7464e96d-106a-4b97-8fef-f95c15791307_Phidget22_VoltageRatio_CSharp_Windows_Ex_20231004 (2).zip\VoltageRatio\VoltageRatio\VoltageRatio.csproj”

I am assuming I do not have relevant API installed in the path. Delivering into your web site I found a page for configuring an API but this seems to use the header phidget22, I feel I am being a little slow that I can seem to get the header files
For the phidget DAQ1500 (Wheatstone bridge) which I have the load cell connected to. I can run the example app, is the correct version of Visual Studio 2022 Net 4.8 the correct version?

Thanks

The file paths in that error message look kind of strange. Are you trying to run the solution from inside the .rar archive? You need to unpack the files before opening the .sln.
