32x Isolated LED Phidget / X-Plane 11 help needed

Hi all,
Ive had this 32 LED Phidget and VINT Hub for a year now and I still cant understand what to do. Is there anybody out there who can write the code for me and I will pay for the help by Paypal.
Im using X-Plabe 11 and the aircraft is the Douglas DC-3 by Aeroworx
