Just got one of the new Snapdragon Elite laptops for testing. Setting it up for testing. Tried to download the x64 libraries, but it gets tagged as a virus :(
Any news on native arm64 libraries?

Hi,

What scanner is tagging the x64 download as a virus? There is no virus, it's a false positive, and the installer is signed.

As for arm64 support, it's on the radar but no estimate when it will see a release.

The false positive was the bundled McAfee terribleness. Uninstalled it, and all good.
After using Windows on arm for almost a week, it's surprisingly good. Of course, some things don't work, but that's expected. I'll get better with time.
Native is always better, so I'm looking forward to a native arm64 version :)

Can I please just add a "me too" to this request. We use a Phidgets component in our hardware/software solution (Windows). Quite a few customers have asked if I intend to support snapdragon and the new Surface Pro products. Fortunately my codebase is quite recent (C#) so I just needed to change the compiler target and the app compiled for that platform immediately and within fifteen minutes I had a new setup program, which also ran flawlessly. However, the program falls over as soon as it tries to access the Phidgets device.

Would be nice - just feedback for you :-)
