I'm obviously missing something simple here.
I installed the Phidgets22 library and added it as a reference, so what am I not doing correctly?

... figuring that 2 supplies at 24v, 15a output will be enough to support those in the unlikely event that every stepper has to move at once? Thanks, Dan

Regarding bandwidth

... isn't a problem, you can normally get away with a webcam, wifi, and a few phidgets provided that you aren't hammering it with commands. Thanks, Dan
