Solved by using Automator and put a delay before startong my app and it worked fine

I think this relates to the El Capitan issues. I run an Electron app that auto starts after boot, it connects to my Phidget 8/8/8 and all is fine on two of my machines running High Sierra But on my clients computer, a brand new Mac Mini that only runs Mojave and upwards, the phidget needs to be plug...
