From reading the datasheet for the K-30, you should have the red wire of the Phidgets sensor cable soldered to the G+ pin, the black wire to the G0 pin, and the the white wire to the OUT1 (or OUT2) pin.

You'll also need to derive a formula to get the sensor data in ppm. The sensor varies from 0 to 4V linearly as the value changes from 0 to 2000 ppm. When the Phidget reads it, it will return a sensorValue that varies from 0-1000 as the voltage from the sensor varies from 0-5V.
