Need help for basic program 1046 bridge & load cell

Hello,
I am a teacher in a high school in France and for a project with my students, we have purchased a button load cell and Phidget bridge 1046_0 to make pressure tests.
I have managed to install panel and connect the bridge to my Windows 10 PC. It works fine.
I need just to get a window showing the mesure of pressure on button load cell (ie. turn voltage in newton and display on screen), but as I have no real knowledge in programming, I am lost with Phidget code sample.
Can anyone help me?
If this may help, Device serial number is 514754, Device channel it 0 and everything will be local (USB connection).
