Manually run this VI when any VI using Phidgets has been aborted before all Phidgets could be properly closed. This VI resets the Phidget library to its default state, preventing the need to restart LabVIEW.
Note that resetting the library will close all Phidgets, and it is advised against using this VI while other Phidgets are still running.
